Century Age of Ashes : Jordan

I started my career as a technical artist at Playwing. When I started working on this map, It was so cool to test all the things I learned from scratch about shaders, procedural content generation, or FX.
On this map, the main thing we wanted, was to make the environment feels organic and connected.
For this, I worked on a stratification effect for the rock shader, with multiple layers of colors, roughness based on Z-Axis World Gradients.
I also created a tool to generate cracks procedurally thanks to a HDA.

On this environment, I did the shaders, waterfalls, a blueprint to have global artistic controls, desert heightfield, and the cracks.
What's left is the work of my teammates ;)
